The day starts at 9.15am with introductions and a chat about the days menu as detailed on a recipe sheet for you take away.

Initial preparing of basic ingredients then coffee at 11’ish followed by the finishing of each component of the dishes. Then the three course lunch will be served at 1o’clock.  

There will be time for chat and questions throughout and for longer discussion at the end of lunch.

Alternatively if you have 5 or 6 friends (making 6 or 7 altogether) who wish to come too then please ring us and we can discuss a suitable date for you to come as a group.
